Domestic Shipping Policy

All items ordered and paid up for will be processed within 24 - 48 hours. Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.

In case of high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. However, we will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

International Shipping Policy

At present, we do not ship outside India.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is notified from time to time. Otherwise and for all orders below a minimum order amount, a fixed delivery fees shall be applied, the amount for which will be shown at the time of check-out. The shipping charges shown at the time of check-out should be considered as final.

Cancellations

We at Norm Naturals work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Order Related Issues

If you have any problems with your order (not received, items missing, etc.) please contact us on info@normnaturals.com so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. 

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in colour for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s quality and are safe to use for the duration of their shelf-life.

Our current office hours are Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM IST, excluding major holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • Norm Naturals is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on 7428535710 or info@normnaturals.com and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Norm Naturals.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

For Refunds please note the following –

  • If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet within 5-10 working days.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, Norm Naturals will issue a cheque in the name of billing customer and dispatch to billing address.
  • For orders placed via store credit/gift vouchers/promotions your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on normnaturals.com.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non refundable.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.
